Clarity is a form of care.

A working agreement

I'm drawn to hard problems and straightforward conversations. I lead through context, trust and useful challenge, with the person in front of me always part of the decision.

What you can expect from me

These aren't abstract values. They describe how I make product decisions, lead people, and facilitate teams.

  1. 01

    Start with the real problem

I ask what needs to change for a user or the business before discussing features. A clear problem makes simpler solutions possible.

  2. 02

    Give context, not commands

People make better decisions when they understand the purpose, constraints and trade-offs. My job is to create that clarity, then trust them to use it.

  3. 03

    Say it early and kindly

I am direct about risks, unclear decisions and leadership problems. Being candid and treating people with care are not opposites.

  4. 04

    Make responsibility clear

Useful collaboration needs ownership. I help teams agree who decides, who contributes and what a good outcome looks like.

  5. 05

    Leave people stronger

Whether I lead or facilitate, success means a team can handle more without depending on me. I share knowledge, challenge when it's useful, and make room for growth.

Product management in practice

Product management starts with the problem behind a request. What users ask for is a valuable signal, but not necessarily the solution they need. I explore the underlying need, figure out what is worth solving and define what should change as a result.

From there, I bring together user needs, business goals and technical constraints to create clear direction and priorities that can adapt as new evidence emerges.

Throughout discovery and delivery, I make trade-offs explicit and use evidence to test whether a change worked. My technical depth helps me challenge assumptions, trace dependencies and work effectively with engineering without taking over their role.

What facilitation means in practice

As a Facilitator, I work alongside teams without taking over their decisions. I create the conditions for effective collaboration, surface organisational barriers and challenge the way things have always been done. The goal is not to provide answers, but to help teams become better at finding their own.

I moderate workshops and team sessions, adapt methods to what a team needs and pay close attention to dynamics, communication and decision-making. The guiding principle is to help teams help themselves: create the conditions, not the answers.

How that feels to others

“I've truly appreciated working with you. Your advice always comes from the heart, but it's also genuinely useful. You have so much patience to explain things, understand what is going on and help people communicate.”

Where I add the most value

My best work happens where product questions have technical depth and teams need both direction and room to think. Depending on the situation, I can own a product, lead a team or help several teams improve how they work.

Remote and hybrid setups work well for me. I capture context and decisions clearly, keep priorities visible and communicate consistently enough that distance never turns into ambiguity.

Context shapes the work.

These are patterns that help me do good work, not a fixed method. Every product, team and situation is different, so the way we work should evolve with what we learn.
